Cheng San Public Library

Cheng San Public Library was officially opened on 6 March 1997 by Mr Zainul Abidin Rasheed, Member of Parliament for Cheng San GRC (Punggol East). The library covers an area of 1,467 square metres and is situated within the Hougang Mall. It serves residents in the North East areas of Upper Paya Lebar, Hougang, Sengkang and Serangoon.

Rooftop Terrace

Hougang Mall has a Rooftop Terrace located at Level 5 where community activities such as free mall workouts are held.
